Asher Singer, Client Technologies Manager
Asher Singer moved to New Mexico from New York in 1991. Asher has worked in the field of computers and information technology since 2001 and in 2003 he founded ECS (Expert Computer Solutions). He focuses on building strong long lasting customer relationships in the Santa Fe community. His specialties include design and support of technology solutions for SMB, server administration, virtualization, voice and data communication, and helpdesk management.  In his spare time Asher enjoys Yoga, hiking, biking, rock climbing, cooking and spending time with his family.

Kyle Klain, Client Technologies Technician

Kyle graduated cum laude from Oregon State University with a double major in both German Language and Philosophy, in 2010. In his home state of Oregon, Kyle worked for Copiers Northwest in several capacities including Database Administrator and Equipment trainer.   Kyle has been a computer hobbyist for several years and enjoys working on technically challenging issues.Kyle specializes in hardware and software issues, general on-site work with our customers, and tackles the majority of our in-shop repair and optimization projects. Kyle is currently working on a Comptia A+ certification.An avid outdoors enthusiast and photographer Kyle has been looking forward to moving the southwest for many years.

Heather Barna, Office Manager

Heather graduated in 2001 from Kent State University with a degree in Honor’s Economics and a minor in Information Technology Systems.  She then worked for Progressive Insurance where she was responsible for pricing and development, as well as financial & competitor analysis. Heather left Progressive to take a position working as a Retail Purchasing Agent at National Paper & Packaging where her duties had her sourcing new products,  managing vendor relations and keeping inventory for retail accounts. Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, Heather then took a management position and relocated to Abilene Texas where she worked for American Airlines as the Production Control Supervisor of the maintenance facility. She coordinated fleet schedules, handled corporate billing for the facility, and managed the audit/control of documentation. Heather chose to move to Santa Fe and take a position that allowed her to interact more with a customer base and the community. She will be your first contact with ECS, and can help you determine which service can best suit your needs and get you scheduled with a technician. Heather also handles any administrative, marketing or billing issues for our company.
